I’ve usually been loyal to another furniture brand, so ordering from modani had me a little torn to begin with. Then one of the chairs showed up missing a part, and I thought, “Great, this is why I stick with what I know.” I messaged them expecting a drawn-out back and forth.

To be fair, they got back to me really quickly, found my order without making it complicated, and shipped the missing part right away. They also kept me updated, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. I’m still attached to my usual brand, but this definitely made me feel better about giving modani another shot.

I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They didn’t get back instantly, but it was still quick, and I felt really good about how they handled it. They were clear, helpful, and just made the whole thing feel less stressful. Overall, I had a solid experience and would definitely use them again.

I ordered this for my home office setup, and the delivery came right when they said it would. The box was in good shape too, which I always appreciate because I’ve had a few rough deliveries in the past. Overall, happy with it.

We stopped by the Modani store to check out sofas and overall it was a good visit. The staff was friendly and gave us space to look around without hovering, which I appreciated. We found a sofa we really liked, but the checkout process took longer than I expected. After payment, I started feeling a bit unsure because things felt kind of vague and slower than they should’ve been. Still, the store itself was nice and the experience wasn’t bad, just left me a little cautious.

My order got here way faster than I expected, which was a really nice surprise. The tracking was simple to follow, and the delivery guys showed up right on time. My brother was actually here when it arrived and even commented on how smooth the delivery was. No complaints at all from me...

Modani definitely has some good-looking furniture, especially if you’re into that clean modern style. I was browsing the site and a lot of the sofas and tables caught my eye because they look different from the usual stuff you see everywhere.

That said, I couldn’t help feeling a little suspicious that some of it is designed more for perfect photos than real life. A few chairs look like they might be stiff, and some of the tables seem like they’d scratch easily or not hold up great with a family using them every day. Nice style overall, but I’d feel better if it looked a bit more comfortable and practical too.

I got a sofa from modani about a few weeks ago, and overall I’m happy with it. The style looks great in my living room, and it’s been comfortable so far after maybe 2 or 3 weeks of use. The only frustrating part was the delivery. It took longer than they originally said, and I had to check in a couple of times to get any real updates. The box showed up with a small tear too, but luckily the sofa itself was totally fine. All in all, I’d say it was a solid purchase, just wish the delivery and communication had been a bit smoother

I expected it to feel a bit sturdier for what I paid. It’s not a bad piece, but it left me questioning the value a little, and made me less trusting of the pricing overall.

The box showed up with no dents or damage, and everything inside was safe and secure... happy with the whole experience.
